Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Develop and maintain the Group Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to align with strategic objectives. Monitor and evaluate performance indicators across business units and department. Coordinate and facilitate periodic performance review sessions. Support preparation of annual business plan, KPIs and target setting. Analyze and report on performance trends to senior management. Improvement initiatives and align performance. Ensure adherence to performance governance, policies and procedures. Prepare presentation materials and reports for top management and board meetings. Compile and prepare comprehensive board papers for mid-year and end-year business plan meetings. Provide performance analysis and advisory support to subsidiaries to enhance alignment with group strategic goals. Involve in Special Projects/Corporate exercise when needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
