- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
- Diploma or degree in any study
- Able to lead the planning team to drive CI in planning with production to ensure shipment delivery is on track.
- Good monitoring of production tasks.
- Good in coordination with production.
- Always follow up with the planner and production PIC to ensure customer shipment is successful.
- Identify production bottlenecks and resolve issues with production team.
- Monitoring KPI in planning to ensure no interruption to production.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Tasks that are specified in Quality Management.
