JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage and store vendors contracts and invoices.
- Coordinates communication between front of the house and back of the house staff.
- Prepare shift schedules.
- Supervise kitchen and wait staff and provide assistance, as needed.
- Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Working experience as a Supervisor or Restaurant Assistant Manager in Food and Beverage Industry.
- At least (2) years experience in Food & Beverage Industry.
- Available to work in split shift.
- Willing to work on weekend and Public Holidays.
