Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Identifying potential supplier sources, conducting interviews with potential vendors, negotiating favourable supplier agreements and managing supplier and vendor contracts.Job Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate and partner with reliable vendors for best pricing, terms, quality and delivery/service.
- Perform cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking.
- Well verse with tendering process, evaluate bids and making recommendations based on commercial and technical factors.
- Manage and coordinate all procurement related activities.
- To process PR, prepare PR, process invoice and purchase report and implement procurement strategies.
- Perform site visits with vendors and end users and cooperatively work with other department to resolve issue related to procurement.
- Contract management, strategic sourcing and contract negotiation skills
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistic / Procurement / Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years and above experience in procurement / purchasing / supply chain management / contract management
- Preferably experience from shopping mall / retail or relevant industry
- Preferably in junior management experience with good leadership skill
- Possess own transport and willing to work in Putrajaya
