:



Identify and source qualified and established vendors on procurement of goods and services Review, record and process Purchase Requisition received from business units Responsible for purchasing and managing facilities and building maintenance contracts, as well as renewal of building related permit and certification Responsible for purchasing and managing centralized IT equipment Assist in IT product support and warranties, maintenance, and software contracts, as well as hardware purchases and license information Works with IT Helpdesk on repository of enterprise hardware and software Plan, execute and monitor the comparison exercise to ensure that they are conducted and completed within the timeline Analyze vendors' prices, departmental budget and non-budgets and other financial data. Prepare and draft evaluation/quotation report and report approval for superior. Apply analytical skills and expertise to develop reports, create metrics and trend data. Participate in developing and coordinate with Tender Committee members for approval and/or via circulation Set cost savings targets on an annual basis and continuously reduce the cost of goods and services Review vendors' performance and errant vendors. Liaise and communicate with other business units in order to establish and maintain effective activities and support in all area under responsibility. Conduct daily operations according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies & procedures; governmental rulings and guidelines by authorities. Any other relevant duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:



Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance and any relevant studies background. Minimum of l year of procurement related experience, preferably in IT, Marketing and General Purchase. Strong understanding of procurement process and ethic. Willing to travel Excellent verbal, written communication skills, Initiative, resourceful and good team player Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, (Excel, Powel Point, Word)

Pay: RM4,100.00 - RM11,100.00 per month
