ASSISTANT MANAGER, PRODUCTION

Description

Responsible for the production and maintenance of factory.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Plan, organize, control and direct manpower and equipment capacity to maximize its utilization to meet production schedule.
2. Constantly review and update existing work processes to achieve greater efficiency.
3. To be able to detect variations from budgets and initiate immediate action to rectify adverse trends.
4. To ensure factory is operate and maintained properly and production process are closely adhered to SOP.
5. Maintain and control usage of tools, materials and expenditure.
6. Prepare daily reports and highlight significance to Factory Manager.
7. Ensure Company\'s Standing Instructions and Procedures (includes ISO requirements) are adhered accordingly.
8. Actively involved in all TQM programmes undertaken by Company.
