Here at DPP, we practice an Integrated Quality Assurance program management throughout our supply chain. This is based on safety assessments and inspections, including quality audits to ensure product safety for domestic and export consumption. All products are certified HALAL. by JAKIM. The entire finishing area of the plant is kept at 12 C to maintain freshness in processing. Production is carefully controlled by food technologists, engineers, skilled technicians and veterinarians. They work in top-of-the-line, in-house Quality Assurance and Research & Development laboratories, making sure that your food gets to you safe, clean and delicious. We established partnerships with 20 distribution networks for sales coverage in 13 states and 3 federal territories - that's over 1,000 distribution points nationwide. As a result, DPP is a prominent supplier to major market segments in Malaysia including quick service restaurants, caf s, hospitals, hypermarkets, food manufacturers and caterers. To supply accurate, timely data and liaise, review and meet with internal and external clients on issues pertaining to QC To chair and coordinate the Quality Improvement Team setting and controlling feedmill production standards, ingredient purchasing specifications and finished products QC procedures. To maintain a systematic approach for document management of the QC Department and quality SOPs of the production process. To comply with DOE, MOH and DOSH regulations particularly scheduled waste management and MSDS management. To continually research analytical and management technique to advance the quality management of the feeds. To train the staff on the appropriate safety measures, encourage a safe work environment and good practices to minimize long term health concerns. To continually maintain equipment and obtain the necessary certifications and benchmark accuracy performance with outside laboratories. To lead and motivate subordinates to enable them to work together productively and effectively. Promote professional training and certification of staff. To be accountable for documentation and physical stocks of Class B poison. Any other lawful tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
