Job Summary:*
1. Team Supervision:
- Assist in training, developing, and mentoring team members.
- Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage.
- Provide performance feedback and support team members in achieving their goals.
2. Customer Service:
- Help maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively.
- Promote a positive shopping experience for all customers.
3. Operational Support:
- Assist in managing day-to-day activities, including inventory control and merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Sales and Financial Goals:
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and financial goals.
- Assist in managing budgets, expenses, and payroll.
- Participate in promotional planning and execution.
5. Reporting and Administration:
- Help prepare reports on sales, productivity, and performance metrics.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed, including inventory tracking and ordering supplies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or management is a plus.
- Previous retail or management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
