If you are looking for a dynamic and supportive environment where you can grow, learn, and make a significant impact, then you should join our team!Get to Know the RoleWe are looking for a manager of the Regional Collections Strategy team to handle all the data-related processes in the Collections area. We believe you have data analysis, statistical knowledge, communication, and problem-solving skills, but if you believe you have what it takes then we\'d love to hear from you either way. This job is required because we need to replace this position.The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will be responsible for all regular reports and ad-hoc collection-related analysis for all countries.
• You will ensure that agent incentives are computed and paid correctly as per the incentive scheme.
• You will work with country collection managers and the data team for all data-related inquiries and manage risks related to LI and repayment rate targets.
• You will provide support in designing and executing dynamic collection strategies for backend (late, DPD

90+) collections, ensuring qualified accounts are endorsed to the External Collection Agency (ECA) monthly and tracking their repayment and performance. * You will monitor backend strategies and ensure operations are running in all 6 countries.

• You will assist country collection managers in preparing and forecasting budgets, including the number of agents and collection activity costs (e.g., SMS, Telco, Incentive, LOD, among others).

QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need

• You have a strong understanding of how to use MS Office, Gsuite (Gsheet, Gslides), Tableau, and JIRA.
• You have strengths in problem-solving, the ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
• You have the ability to work in an ever-changing environment and with many stakeholders belonging to different countries and departments.
• You have the ability to connect the dots quickly and report what could have gone wrong.
• You have good verbal and communication skills.
