Key Responsibilities

Lead site safety operations

in compliance with

OSHA 1994 Act 514

,

FMA 1967

, and all other relevant statutory regulations. Implement, maintain, and continuously improve safety & health policies, procedures, and safe work practices. Maintain all safety documentation, inspection records, incident reports, and monthly safety reports for submission to HQ. Plan and conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, training sessions, and safety awareness campaigns for employees and contractors. Develop, review, and implement the site's Emergency Response Plan. Act as the focal point for all incident/accident reporting, investigation, and follow-up actions. Perform workplace inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments. Ensure corrective and preventive actions are carried out promptly. Liaise with HQ Safety Department, contractors, vendors, and relevant authorities such as

DOSH

and

BOMBA

on safety and compliance matters. Monitor employees' compliance with SOPs and safety KPIs; provide coaching and guidance where needed. Promote PKT's 5H Culture:

. Ensure proper waste segregation and promote

3R initiatives

(Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) within the site. Represent the site during safety audits and inspections by authorities or clients. Support continuous improvement projects and contribute ideas to enhance safety performance and workplace wellbeing.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
