Plan and execute routine sales and marketing activities.
Service existing clients, obtain orders and develop new accounts with potential clients (Modern Trade & General Trade).
Establish and maintain good relationship with customers.
Follow up on sales inquiries with Sales Admin.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problem; developing solutions and making recommendation to management.
Achieve sales and distribution target, set in the areas which been assigned with and conduct regular stock rotation to minimize stock returns that contribute to the organization profits.
Keep Sales Manager informed by preparing and submitting weekly or monthly sales activity report.
Attend weekly meeting.
Ensure no Out of Stocks situations in the outlets at all times.
Follow up payment and hand over the collection of payment in the form of cash or cheque to PIC of accounts department.
Willing to travel outstation and able to attend to WhatsApp or phone calls during off days.
To carry out any other duties/job function as instructed by Head of Department or Management from time to time
