Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing daily store operations and sales activities.
Supervise and support the sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Provide coaching and guidance to sales staff to improve performance.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to ensure stock availability.
Help implement sales strategies, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.
Prepare sales reports and track team performance.
Assist in staff scheduling and ensuring smooth shift operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
(experience in a supervisory role is a plus).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Sales-driven with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based retail environment.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems is an advantage.
SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business, Retail, or related field preferred
