This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of all catering sales, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Actively source, qualify, and convert leads from digital channels, existing customer referrals, and personal networks.
- Client Consultation & Proposal Development: Understand client needs, provide tailored service/solution recommendations, and prepare professional quotations and proposals for various catering formats (e.g., bento, drop-off, buffet, long-term staff meals).
- Deal Finalization & Coordination: Negotiate contract terms, finalize agreements, prepare invoices, and coordinate seamlessly with the internal Production and Operations teams to ensure timely and complete delivery of services.
- Key Account Onboarding: Secure and manage long-term catering contracts, specifically for recurring staff meal arrangements, ensuring menu variation and service aligns with the company's capabilities.
- Relationship Management: Maintain exceptional client relationships to foster loyalty, drive repeat business, and gather valuable feedback on food and service quality.

This role focuses on rapidly growing the sales base for our proprietary central kitchen products (burger patties, sauces, frozen items, and future pipeline products).
- Market Mapping & Database Development: Systematically build a comprehensive database of potential B2B buyers (e.g., cafes, restaurants, institutional kitchens, catering services) through both physical outreach and digital research.
- Product Pitching & Sampling: Proactively schedule and lead meetings, presentations, and product sampling sessions with potential buyer clients to showcase our product line.
- Contract Negotiation: Prepare detailed supply quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and secure profitable, long-term supply contracts.
- Sales & Collections Oversight: Monitor sales quantities, coordinate the preparation of billing statements, and ensure timely payment collection in close collaboration with the Accounts team.
- Sales Target Achievement: Rapidly establish and enhance a stable base of buying clients with the goal of significant sales enhancement within the first 4-6 months.

- Sales Planning & Quota Setting: Develop and propose monthly sales targets and quotas for both Catering and B2B segments for management review and approval.
- Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily and weekly reports on catering enquiries/prospect status and B2B buyer visits, sales pipeline, quotation status, invoicing, and payment collections.
- Client Liaison & Feedback: Serve as the primary, single point of contact for all catering and B2B clients, effectively being the "Key Face" of the company.
- Market Insight & Development: Act as the critical conduit for relaying market information, competitor activities, and client needs back to the management team to inform new product or offer development.
