Active Hiring: Assistant Manager, Securities Operations Your new company This stockbroking firm based in Malaysia covers both domestic & foreign market investment trading and is currently expanding its operation in Malaysia. Your new role As an Assistant Manager in Securities Services (Operations), you will be the second-man to assist the Head of Securities Services to monitor the daily trade transactions. You will oversee activities in both Settlement & Corporate Action for equity, bond, etc. Apart from that, you will also involve in trade matching, reconciliation, and income distribution. On regular basis, you will liaise with regulatory bodies, including Bursa & Securities Commission (SC). What you\'ll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you are expected to be well verse in Settlement & Corporate Action in Securities Operations. You should have experience in liaising directly with the regulatory body, such as Bursa. Experience from Stockbroking is a must and Chinese speaking will be an added advantage to deal with Chinese stakeholders.
