Job Description

Job Responsibility Responsible for understanding product, customer, and market trends to carry out category strategy and product roadmap planning. Manage product lifecycle from ideation through commercialization.Categories coverage of Furniture, Home & Living, Outdoor & Garden, Pet Supplies, Appliances, & etc. Develop product lines and suggest new ideas for market IT products. Responsible for the inventory management and Profit & Loss of the assigned categories. Collaborate closely with our China buying office and internal stakeholders on sourcing and procurement. Drives the overall achievement of individual product and category growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit, and ROI. Responsible for overall sales strategy and planning of private labels, supported by category sales team. Collaborating with several internal teams including sales, supply chain, e-commerce, marketing, and customer service team. Support internal teams with product related queries and monitor customer s feedback and reviews to suggest improvements. Manage and monitor promotions and derivation of recommendations for action to achieve respective sales targets. Maintain close understanding and awareness of market trends and the competitors. Ability to analyze a competitive market to execute and excel over competition. Manage inventory forecast and re-ordering to ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner. Maintain regular reports to management as requested. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HOD. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/, Bachelor\'s Degree/Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as product executive or product specialist, or working in e-commerce, research, marketing or sales departments. Ability to work well in a team, showing excellent team spirit and strong organizational skills are essential. Able to work independently, have good communication skills (both oral and written in English & Mandarin). Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing market conditions.
