• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on the product requirements / specifications and supplier assessment criteria.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to secure favourable agreements and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the regulatory affairs team to assess supplier capabilities in ensuring product compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Conduct periodic costing analyses and continuously seek cost optimisation opportunities and efficiency improvements in product sourcing
• Constantly develop and negotiate alternative suppliers with competitive pricing and excellent product quality and services.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers through effective supplier relationship management.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging suppliers to make informed sourcing decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement, sourcing, and contracting experience.
• Relevant working experience in the healthcare / medical device industry is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of sourcing processes, negotiation strategies, demand management, data analysis, and market analysis.
