Job Description

Roles Purpose:



Forming and maintaining close relationships with all government agencies and authorities at State and Federal level. Key responsibilities include developing communication and engagement plans, representing the organization to external parties, ensuring alignment with business goals, and managing events and project feedback. The specific duties vary based on the role, ranging from high-level strategic management to day-to-day engagement and project support.

Coordination between DH1, DRH and Operating Units to ensure deliverables of stakeholder engagement events are within the approved specification, budget, schedule and standards.

1. Strategic planning



Develop and implement a strategic plan for engaging with stakeholders to support organizational objectives. Ensuring all stakeholder engagement programs are conducted in accordance with the predetermined strategy.

2. Stakeholder Relations



Managing events involving members of government officer and other important stakeholders. Involve in managing stakeholders (e.g local leaders and local communities) pertaining to any matters related to the company. Establish introductions of key company management and personnel to local authorities and senior government officials. Shared communications of all guideline directive by State government and agencies affecting our operations. Coordination of site visit with various stakeholder.

3. Communication



Create and deliver clear, effective communication strategies, including policy briefings, key messages, and public announcements. Focuses on managing communication and building trust between the organization and its stakeholders, supporting sustainability and public affairs. Represents the organization at meetings, liaises with external bodies, government and state officials and ensures effective communication of the organization's work to various groups. Assist the CEO in preparing write-up, memorandum, report and any other official documents within deadline as required.

4. Engagement and events



Organize and manage engagement events with stakeholders like roundtables, webinars, and project meetings to facilitate two-way communication and feedback. Work collaboratively with other members of the organization, liaising with other departments stakeholder team and the PMO. Takes a lead role in developing and executing engagement strategies, mapping stakeholders by influence and interest.

5. Stakeholder monitoring



Track and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives, using data to inform future strategies and reporting. Ensure accurate audit trail maintained of all stakeholder engagement and all contact/activities are recorded on stakeholder database.

Requirements:



Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or Business Management Certified in Office Administration or related field. At least 3 years of working experience in the similar capacity Good computer knowledge Highly organized and detail oriented Excellent business English (written and spoken) Strategic thinking and analytical Strong work ethic, integrity and accountability
