Further information is available on .The position will be responsible for planning & managing inventory levels of raw materials to ensure stock availability for production and optimise stock level according to business objectives.Main tasks:Input, review and monitor Raw Material requirement based on SPC (Sales Production Coordination) Order and Additional Order which is issued by Finished Goods Planner.Actively participate in regular planning meetings (SPCM) in discussing the production plan, order situation and production capacity.In the event of raw material shortage/supply bottleneck, coordinate quota setting of RM with Finished Goods Planner and actively communicate situation to stakeholders.Optimize Raw Material stock level to ensure continuous production whilst managing working capital targets.Monitor, analyse, and coordinate the action plan towards dysfunctional inventory.Provide updated Raw Material forecasts and supply status to the related parties, proactively take actions to avoid delays and shortages.Maintain and validate master data for Raw Materials in portfolio, including creation of new raw material article codes and system setup.In coordination with PPC (Production Planning Control) to ensure that the recipe of ED Products on the SAP system are updated as per the actual requirement in Production.Prepare Purchase Requisition for Raw Material based on net demand in SAP and follow up on Purchase Orders to Suppliers (internal & external).Modifying or deleting purchase requisitions and purchase orders in response to changing demand, price and inventory requirements.Work closely with Logistic and Procurement colleagues in ensuring the incoming RM is arriving as per scheduled.Liaise with Regional colleagues on internally-sourced raw materials wrt order allocation, supply issues and/or excess stocksPrepare reports and presentations for S&OP and other meetingsRequirements:
