Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Manager (Team Lead), Project Management to join our IT team. The position will play a crucial role in supporting IT project management efforts by coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and contributing to the overall success of our IT projects.Responsibilities:IT Project Coordination:

• To coordinate IT project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and project milestones.
• Collaborate with IT team to develop and maintain project schedules.

IT Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain project documentation for IT projects, including project plans, reports, and status updates.
• Generate and distribute IT project-related reports to stakeholders as needed.

IT Communication and Liaison:

• Serve as a central point of contact for inquiries related to IT projects.
• Facilitate communication between IT project team members, ensuring effective collaboration.

IT Task Management:

• Track and monitor tasks related to IT projects, ensuring all team members are aware of their responsibilities.
• Work closely with IT team to identify and address potential project roadblocks.

IT Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular reviews of deliverables for IT projects to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist in implementing quality control measures throughout the IT project lifecycle.

IT Risk Management:

• Identifying and assessing risks specific to IT projects as well as developing risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or IT Project Management or a related field with a minimum CGPA 3.00 or 2nd class upper.
• Candidate must be having at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in IT project management tools and software.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or relevant IT certifications.
• Familiarity with IT project management methodologies and tools.
• Previous experience in managing and coordinating IT projects in manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
