About the job Assistant Manager, Transfer Pricing (Compliance)Our Client:

They are currently looking to attract suitable talent for the Head of Value Innovation role.\xef\xbb\xbfJob RoleSubject matter expert in Transfer Pricing (TP). Managing TP matters comprising a combination of both compliance and advisory functions within a team environment. Responsible for documentation compliance and issue resolution related to Transfer Pricing for various entities within the group. Provide advice on TP matters to management and stakeholders to support issue resolution and TP policy enhancements. Be a trusted TP advisor within the organization.\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfJob Responsibilities

  • \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfTimely preparation of robust contemporaneous TP documentation which are in line with the local requirements and TP rules
  • Prepare and review TP documents to ensure timely and accurate preparation\xef\xbb\xbf
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance and Groups policy in relation to TP
  • Perform financial analysis and provide insightful commentaries to develop recommendations and
  • solutions for the Groups TP policies
  • Support management by providing input into financial strategies and inter-company transactions
across the global organization * Support TP audit and queries from tax authorities
  • Plan and strategize best tactics in defending company\'s TP position
  • Provide coaching and mentoring on TP related matters across the team.
\xef\xbb\xbfQualifications:
  • B\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfachelor\'s Degree in Accounting or Economics from a recognized institution; Advanced Degree in Tax/Law a plus
  • 4-5 years of TP experience in Public Accounting firms and/or commercial
\xef\xbb\xbfDesired Competencies:
  • \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfHigh integrity and able to work independently
  • Analytical and meticulous for details
Communicate effectively with management and staff level personnel * Team-oriented and inspire confidence
  • High focus on task closure and delivery of quality and timely output
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office including Excel and the ability to work with and manipulate large data sets
  • Skill set and knowledge in process improvement by using digitalization and AI initiatives\xef\xbb\xbf
