Assist the Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, including planning, task delegation, performance tracking, and providing constructive feedback to team members.
Design and implement targeted marketing strategies aimed at improving operational efficiency, boosting productivity, and enhancing customer engagement, with a particular focus on urban market students.
Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for strategic growth and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as school principals, counsellors, and government representatives to strengthen collaboration and expand the feeder network.
Plan, coordinate, and manage on-site engagement initiatives, including exhibitions, education fairs, and roadshows, to increase institutional visibility and outreach.
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely service delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with quality standards.
Manage multiple marketing projects and assignments effectively while ensuring high levels of organisation, quality, and timeliness.
REQUIREMENTS :
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Business Development, or an equivalent field.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience.
Demonstrates a positive work attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to motivate and inspire team members, delegate responsibilities effectively, and provide clear guidance.
Confident, responsible, self-driven, outgoing, and responsive, with the ability to communicate and present effectively at all levels and collaborate well in a team environment.
