- Remuneration: RM 9000-10000.
- Job location: Central Business District (City center), Kuala Lumpur.
Chrisjac Recruitment are delighted to be accorded the privilege to assist this company in seeking a qualified Accountant to assume the role of Assistant Finance Manager. This client is a diversified business conglomerate based at their corporate head office in Kuala Lumpur.
Key Responsibilities
This is a newly created position to support finance team on group consolidation,taxation and other key assignments and roles.
Key responsibilties:
- Responsible to prepare company\'s monthly investment reports and cash flow projections.
- To check overseas subsidiary\'s monthly investment reports.
- To prepare and submit quarterly report on investment abroad to Bank Negara.
- To review quarterly financial reports of subsidiaries, associates and joint-ventures.
- Responsible to prepare consolidated accounts on quarterly and yearly basis in Excel.
- To prepare analysis on Group financial reports.
- Responsible to prepare company\'s tax computation for annual tax return submission and tax estimates.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, Inland revenue Board, Bank Negara,company secretary on finance,tax and regulatory matters.
- To prepare board paper for meeting purposes.
- Malaysian male or female in age group 35-40.
- Applicant must possess professional accounting qualification ACCA/CIMA.
- Member of MIA (preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience in handling group consolidation and reporting.
- Knowledge and experience in taxation matters.
- Well vested with accounting standards and tax requirements.
- Must be proficient in English,both spoken and written.
- Skills in MS Office,especially in Excel and Power Point.
