You\'ll: Lead and coach the team to ensure smooth daily operations Oversee team performance, plan resources, refine processes and policies Manage data requests and ensure compliance with regulations Identify areas of improvement and lead projects to raise standards, simplify processes and ensure consistency and quality throughout. You\'ll succeed because you\'re process orientated, with HR operations experience in a dynamic environment.
