Roles & Responsibilities: To plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for multiple luxury brands to build brand awareness in the market, increase store footfall and ultimately drive sales in stores. To work closely with brand principals overseas in optimizing public relations communication, advertising, social media communication, and brand content creation. To strategically develop and execute advertising plan and PR plans to build strong media relations, increase media awareness, and expand market share for multiple brands. To develop creative social media plans and execute postings on IG, FB including reposting, photography of store collections for fresh content, and optimizing collaborations with social influencers and KOLs. To build partnerships with strategic external and internal stakeholders including banks, clubs, associations, and YTL entities to run collaborative marketing programs to drive sales and expand brand awareness. To plan and execute tactical and branding events and activations for the brands in the stores. To produce marketing collateral including flyers and brochures to support tactical marketing activations and events. To develop customer relation strategies to build on client database, increase brand loyalty, and drive repeat spending by working closely with boutique team members to execute the plans. Requirements: Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing/Business Management/Commerce/Communication/Public Relations or equivalent. At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing of multiple retail brands especially luxury labels. Candidates should have past experience in the luxury fashion retail industry. Highly proficient in English in writing and speech. Able to communicate in Malay and Mandarin is an added advantage. A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Able to take good photographs of products for social media postings and craft creative IG and FB posts. Good knowledge of consumer behavior, latest retail trends, social media trends, and developments. Able to analyze data and trends to project and devise strategic marketing plans.
