Job Responsibilities:

Own It:

• Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and increments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, employment law and internal policies.
• Supervise and coach payroll clerks and assistants.

Build Trust:

• Engage with internal counterparts in solving issues.

One Team:

• Provide functional and technical guidance to internal stakeholder when needed.

Move Fast:

• Adapt, simplify and act quickly based on business needs.

Delight Customers:

• Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions.
• Develop positive working relationship with other department staffs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll processing or related functions.
• Familiar with SAP or related payroll processing system.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Candidate with performance management experience will be an added advantage.
