JOB TITLE: ASSISTANT MANAGER/MANAGER/ SENIOR MANAGER, CORPORATE SECRETARIAL Location: Malaysia (Permanent) Salary: SG 6k - 7K Start Date: As Soon As Possible Job Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Manage a portfolio of clients, for both private limited and public-listed companies, inclusive of fee billing and collection / revenue KPI \xef\x82\xb7 Provide and update clients on the corporate secretarial related matters i.e policies, processes and statutory matters \xef\x82\xb7 Oversee daily operations of the respective team members and ensure all communications with clients are supported with proper documentation and responsibilities to meet deadlines. \xef\x82\xb7 Liaise with Companies Commission of Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia, Securities Commission and all other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matters \xef\x82\xb7 Act as named Company Secretary for PLCS (Did this necessary, kindly advise) \xef\x82\xb7 Attend meetings i.e. Board meetings, Annual General Meetings and others as required, and undertake preparation of meeting notice, agenda and minutes \xef\x82\xb7 Participate in events, seminars and conferences and develop and win business opportunities with potential clients \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure regulatory compliance in the corporate secretariat complies with the Companies Act, 1965 and any other regulatory requirements such as Bursa Malaysia\xe2\x80\x99s Listing Requirements: Qualified Chartered Secretary or LLB qualification with at least 5-6 years (Assistant Manager) / 6-7 years (Manager) / 8-10 years (Senior Manager) of relevant company secretarial experience in commercial companies or medium to large secretarial service providers (preferred) \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of Listing Requirements, Companies Act, Capital Market and Securities Act, and other statutory requirements, securities and business rules and regulations that are related to corporate secretarial functions \xef\x82\xb7 Experience in administering services to both private limited and public-listed companies, and handling multinationals, regional offices and branch offices \xef\x82\xb7 Good inter-personal and communication skills \xef\x82\xb7 Experience in minutes writing with a strong command of English language and business writing skills \xef\x82\xb7 Able to work independently, lead and motivate a team of professional staff \xef\x82\xb7 Meticulous, detailed and deadline-oriented \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of MS Word / Excel and secretarial software (eg.
