Job Description

The Assistant Manager/Sales Manager (HVAC Project Sales) will drive sales growth and manage client relationships within the commercial aircond/HVAC sector. This role is based in KL and focuses on achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

  • Drive project sales growth through strategic promotion and marketing of the company's Air Conditioning products.
  • Manage commercial air conditioning product range, including sales planning and control: develop product strategies, monitor sales volume and market share, and control product-related expenses.
  • Implement improvement measures to increase project registrations and enhance overall performance.
  • Strengthen brand positioning to establish the air conditioner as the preferred choice among Malaysian consumers.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis: continuous monitoring, product benchmarking, customer requirement analysis, and trend identification.
  • Possess technical knowledge of installation and maintenance for various HVAC systems.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

A successful Assistant Manager/Sales Manager (HVAC Project Sales) should have:
  • Advanced Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a technology-related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and project sales within the Air Conditioning industry; AC specialist background highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide to support customers, dealers, and ACS partners.
  • Strong skills in presentation, sales, negotiation, and influencing.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets with at least 5 years of sales and marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
