Our client is \xef\xbb\xbfa luxury brand based in Toronto, Canada, renowned for contemporary high jewellery showcasing prized gemstones alongside the rare, iridescent Ammolite. In 2022, it launched its first ever flagship boutique in Midvalley Megamall, Kuala Lumpur, and is the first of its kind to focus on curating and designing jewellery with Ammolite as its centrepiece.

Job Responsibilities:

• Executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Monitor online campaign results and optimize marketing campaigns, generate quality lead and improve key metrics based on insights.
• Create engaging and creative contents, and optimize the use of relevant platforms to targeted audience.
• Continuously improve employer branding and customer branding.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media practices, software systems and technologies to yield the best results.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.
• Hands-on experienced in Facebook Advertising and social media account management.
• Required Skill(s): Digital marketing mix, online media trends, Google & FB Ads Analytics.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task and prioritize.
