Job Responsibilities



Spearhead integrated brand campaigns across digital and traditional platforms while driving consumer engagement strategies that shape brand perception. Take ownership of cross-functional marketing projects from concept to execution, managing budgets and ensuring timely delivery of compelling campaigns. Identify, negotiate, and manage KOL/influencer collaborations while supporting PR strategies, press releases, and media outreach initiatives. Analyze campaign performance, ROI metrics, and consumer insights to optimize marketing strategies and support product launches from planning to performance review. Execute campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms. Conceptualize memorable brand campaigns, marketing events, and content collaboration with creative teams. Conduct consumer behavior analysis, competitive intelligence, and market research to inform strategic decisions. Manage influencer relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee marketing budgets for maximum impact.

Job Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration, Nutrition Science or any related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or campaign management roles preferably within FMCG, F&B, consumer goods. Has hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, social media marketing, and analytics platforms. Has skills in influencer marketing, public relations, project management, and campaign analytics. Is

open to travel

for marketing activities and events.

Remuneration:

Our client is a well-established global apparel company known for offering quality, comfortable, and affordable everyday wear.

As head of department, leading a team of HR in handling payroll, staff benefits and HR information systems. You are also expected to propose, plan and execute HR strategy with the HR Director in the areas of compensation & benefit and overall HR practices. As subject matter expert, you will also advise the HR Director and Management in respect to changes in employment act (and related) of the country and manage the implementation.

Job Responsibilities:



The Manager will be the gate keeper in the timeliness and accuracy of employee related payments (including annual cycles). It is a primary role to review these payments and keep a systematic cycle to this. The Manager will collaborate with relevant departments, vendors and stakeholders to achieve this objective. In day-to-day operations, the Manager will lead and supervise the HR Services members in managing and completing HR processes and systems to expected timeline and accuracy level. Managing multiple levels of stakeholders. Most regular will be store operations where HRS is the primary contact in HR matters with store managers in handling new hires, regular and resigned employees. As relevant to your responsibility, you will take lead in discussions and conclusions with other Department Managers, Directors and Management to achieve HR and Company goals. As subject matter expert, you will take lead in keeping up with employment regulations of the country and then advise Management, execute relevant course of actions. You will attend to latest trends in HR practices which may influence our position as employer of choice for high talents and retail. You are also empowered to represent the Company in attending to Government labor officers and internal regulators (meetings/audits/visits). As a HR strategist, you will work with HR Director, Global HR, other HR Managers, Management and other Departments in the annual and midterm plans/projects to achieve company mid-long-term goal. This includes review of hygiene factors, including necessary frameworks, specific schemes to targeted groups and systems to be in place.

Job Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field. Excellent in English (written & verbal), Bahasa Malaysia. Minimum

7 years working experience

in overall HR management with strong knowledge of

Employment Act & Payroll

.

Retail & FMCG HR experience

and expatriate management will be an added advantage. At least

2 years' experience

in managing a team in payroll. Passionate in nurturing and mentoring young members in being a HR subject matter expert. Eye for detail and accuracy driven. Excellent advance and complex Excel skills and good analytical skills

Remuneration:



MYR 12,000 - MYR 16,000
