Job Summary: The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies for the Blue Ice Skating Rink. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to increase the rink\'s visibility, attract more visitors, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing the marketing plan for the rink, including social media marketing, email marketing, local advertising, and influencer marketing.
- Create visually appealing content for social media platforms, such as images and videos, to showcase the rink and its facilities.
- Manage and maintain the rink\'s social media accounts, including responding to comments, direct messages, and reviews in a professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, using social media analytics and other tools, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to offer joint promotions and discounts and reach a wider audience.
- Plan and execute special events, such as skating competitions and parties, to generate interest and drive foot traffic.
- Assist in managing the email database and send regular newsletters and promotional offers to keep customers engaged and informed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
