Job description Job description About the job The Assistant Marketing Manager (Shopping Centre) supports the Head of Brand Experience & Communications in developing the overall marketing and digital strategy for all shopping centres under Ikano Centres. The role includes creating nationwide campaigns, managing relationships with creative, media, social, PR, and events partners, and preparing monthly marketing reports. The role also includes managing Ikano Centres\' communications channels, monitoring media coverage, competitor updates, and industry trends, and providing coordination and support to Service Office Ikano Centres team. Your assignment Assist in the development and execution of marketing and digital strategies for all meeting places in our portfolio. Collaborate with creative, media, social, PR and events partners to manage nationwide campaigns. Prepare monthly marketing reports and newsletters to inspire best-in-class approaches to marketing. Conduct research on Ikano Centres owned platforms and tools to gather consumer insights to support marketing strategy. Manage Ikano Centres\' communications channels and maintain asset library. Assist in PR and communications materials such as press releases, brochures, and newsletters. Monitor media coverage, competitor updates, and industry trends. Take on interim responsibilities to assist in Klippa Shopping Centre Brand Marketing. Handle key coordination duties for Shopping Centre Service Office, such as registering vendors and invoicing. Provide ad-hoc support for Service Office team development and liaison. Qualification You have at least 4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, PR, or communications, either client or agency side You have an experience in executing digital marketing platforms and tactics, including social media, Google, website, email, app & CRM You are familiar with managing multiple partners, including creative agency, media agency, social media agency, events agency, PR agency, digital agencies, etc. You have a proven ability in campaign project management, creative asset production, media buying strategies, and proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
