Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities of Assistant Marketing Manager :



1) Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, implementing sales plans, and managing sales staff.

2) Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to the strategic plan and reviews.

3) Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

4) Determines annual and gross profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume, and profit for existing and new products.

5) Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs, developing field sales action plans.

6) Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strength and weaknesses, forecasting projected business, and establishing targeted market share.

7) Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities, improving product packaging, and coordinating new product development.

8) Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials, design print ads and publications. Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.

9) Deepen relationship with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.

10) Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.

Requirement

:

1) A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field is generally required.

2) 3 to 5 years of marketing or business development experience and worked in education industry is an added advantage.

3) Excellent written and verbal communication, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders are essential.

4) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to conduct market research, analyze data, and contribute to marketing strategy and campaigns.

5) Familiarity with Digital marketing tactics and tools, including social media content management and performance marketing.

6) Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

7) Flexibility and adaptability.

8) Potential to grow into a leadership and coordination effort.

9) The ability to collaborate with other teachers and support staff.

10) Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred due to the nature of our client base.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month
