Work Location: Kuala Lumpur Contract Duration: 12 months Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm, Hybrid Salary Offered: RM 5,800

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the

BIWS recruitment process

, ensuring close follow-up with both internal and external stakeholders. Handle

ICAMS contract renewal requests

and manage additional investment processes. Oversee

end-to-end (E2E) project execution

-- from trade contract acknowledgment to signage installation at trade workshops. Prepare and deliver

monthly contract performance reports

for ICAMs review and follow-up action.

Analyze sales and retail data

(Sell-In, Sell-Out, and third-party retail data) to identify distribution gaps, risks, and growth opportunities within the assigned channels or retailer portfolio.

Monitor and track Return on Investment (ROI)

, including the validation and reconciliation of marketing spend (SP&A, marketing rebates, trade promotions, and deal support). Support and improve the

customer management process

, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and other departments to maximize business opportunities.

Develop and execute marketing programs

for the B2Ci channel in line with brand and sales objectives.

Deliver marketing campaigns

focused on key channels and SKUs, with updates every quarter or biannually.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in

marketing, brand management, or related functions

. Hands-on experience in

campaign execution, market research, and promotional planning

. Proficient in

Microsoft Office Suite

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

. Excellent

analytical thinking and problem-solving

capabilities. Proven ability to

manage multiple stakeholders

and meet tight deadlines. A collaborative team player with
