To assist Manager in ensuring marketing team achieves the monthly, quarterly and annual targets set by the management.
Responsible to oversee the implementation of marketing strategies and all aspect to ensure increase sales revenue.
To develop and execute marketing strategies to promote property developments, including digital and offline campaigns.
To organize and execute on-ground marketing activities such as roadshows, events, and showroom promotions.
Conduct market research to understand buyer behavior, competitor activities, and property trends, translating insights into effective marketing strategies.
To assist and support for sales launching, attending to walk-in customers, any forms of sales enquiries via email, phone call, letter etc.
To supervise and lead department to carry out product campaigns and provide feedback on product and campaigns.
Working with teams to develop and maintain good customer relationships.
To monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies to maximize lead generation and sales conversion.
Responsible in creating and manage marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content to support property launches.
To prepare regular reports for senior management on marketing activities.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
Candidate possess Diploma, Bachelor's degree related to Marketing or any field (those without requires academic qualification but have more than 5 years' working experience in related field with proven track record are encouraged to apply).
Proven and well experience in marketing within the property development & real estate industry. Good knowledge of real estate trends and buyer demographics.
Have ability to work closely with sales teams to drive marketing efforts that result in property sales.
Good hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, social media and others relevant platforms.
Experience in event planning and offline marketing activities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies.
Excellent in PC skills and MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint); technology skills (e.g. Adobe photoshop,Canva etc).
Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken);
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Possess own transport, wiling to travel occasionally.
