Job Description

We're partnering with a growing property developer with a vibrant, creative marketing team. You'll help shape campaigns, drive digital content, and support project launches in a fast-moving, idea-driven environment - perfect for marketers who love creativity and impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Assist in developing yearly and project-based marketing plans and budgets.
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis and buyer trends to support strategy.
• Coordinate with project teams to align marketing with product positioning.

2. Campaign Execution

• Drive end-to-end execution of ATL, BTL and digital campaigns.
• Manage marketing collaterals including brochures, banners, EDM, website and social media content.
• Work with agencies for media planning, creative development and PR initiatives.

3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Monitor digital campaigns across Meta, Google, portals and programmatic platforms.
• Track campaign performance, cost per lead and conversion funnel.
• Ensure consistent content updates on website, social platforms and property portals.

4. Project Launches & Events

• Head planning and executing property launches, roadshows, media events and show unit openings.
• Coordinate with suppliers, event agencies and internal departments.

5. Reporting

• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports and dashboards.
• Monitor budget utilisation and campaign outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related fields.
• 5-10 years' marketing experience, preferably in property development or real estate.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and creative coordination.
• Good communication, project management and stakeholder management skills.
