Our client is a multi-award-winning property developer based in Masai, Johor, Malaysia, renowned for creating master-planned communities. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team!
Job description:

• To assist Manager/Senior Manager in ensuring sales & marketing team achieves the monthly, quarterly and annual targets set by management.
• Responsible to oversee the implementation of marketing strategies and all aspect to ensure increase sales revenue.
• To develop and execute marketing strategies to promote property developments, including digital and offline campaigns.
• To organize and execute on-ground marketing activities such as roadshows, events, and showroom promotions.
• Conduct market research to understand buyer behaviour, competitor activities, and property trends, translating insights into effective marketing strategies.
• To assist and support for sales launching, attending to walk-in customers, any forms of sales enquiries via email, phone call, letter etc.
• To supervise and lead department to carry out product campaigns and provide feedback on product and campaigns.
• Working with teams to develop and maintain good customer relationships.

• To set targets and KPIs for marketing teams.
• To monitor and analyse campaign performance, optimizing strategies to maximize lead generation and sales conversion.
• Responsible in create and manage marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content to support property launches.
• To prepare regular reports for senior management on sales and marketing activities

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Management or any related fields (those without requires academic qualification but have more than 5 years' working experience in related field with proven track record are encouraged to apply).
• Proven and vast experience in project marketing within the property development industry.
• Strong knowledge of real estate trends and buyer demographics.
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken); Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate with cross-functional teams
