Challenges: - To assist in product development and performance testing - To efficiently troubleshoot & provide technical support to production - To assist in Internal Quality Assurance and oversee maintenance of machinery & equipment - Responsibility over the documentation and scheduling of machinery & equipment maintenance and calibration - Identify areas of improvement for process and product - Prepare technical drawings for production - To assist in Manufacturing and Production Systems (MAPS) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) monitoring Minimum Requirements: - Minimum Diploma or above in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering - Minimum 2 years related working experience is preferred - Experience & knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System - Experience in using CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Solidwork, Mastercam and Hypermill is preferred - Basic knowledge in product design, reverse engineering and metal machining and fabrication - Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is preferred - Able to work independently and willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas
