This position will be responsible for executing all plant engineering and maintenance scopes for optimum efficiencies from equipment, utilities and facilities.

Developing and implementing Mechanical Maintenance Plan in ensuring equipment's safety and realiability Manage mechanical effiency with optimizing machinery and equipment's operating conditions Responsible in utilising complex engineering tools in problem solving such as laser alignment and vibration analysis Comprehend and troubleshoot in activity relates to unplanned breakdowns, repairs and maintenance Provide technical analysis in collecting, analysing and summarizing information/report Facilitate communications between vendor's or suppliers or both to provide engineering solutions Responsible for ensuring engineering activities are conducted in compliance with EHS regulations Responsible in maintaining the Critical Control Points equipments in accordance with ISO22000 regulations Maintains and monitor critical parts availability and management Supervise maintenance and engineering personnel based on safety, production and quality needs

Education Requirement

Diploma in Mechanical or any other relevant engineering field Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or any other relevant engineering field

Skills Requirement

Skilled in trouble shooting mechanical equipments and system used in food manufacturing industry Well versed in root cause analysis methodologies such as FMEA * Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
