We are looking for a responsible and proactive Assistant Merchandiser to support daily merchandising tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, positive, willing to learn, and able to handle ad-hoc duties in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:-
1) Assist in daily merchandising operations and coordination work.
2) Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely follow-up on tasks.
3) Prepare and update purchase orders, costing sheets, product listings and documentation.
4) Monitor production progress and resolve any issues or delays with suppliers.
5) Handle ad-hoc assignments and tasks as requested by the management.
6) Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing related to merchandise activities.
7) Coordinate closely with internal teams to support merchandising workflow and achieve deadlines.
Job Requirements:-
1) Minimum 8 years of working experience.
2) Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for communication with overseas vendors and suppliers.
3) Responsible, self-motivated, organised and willing to learn.
4) Basic computer literacy -- proficient inMicrosoft Excel, Word, Email and general office software.
5) Knowledge of garments, textiles, or apparel merchandise will be an added advantage.
6) Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
