Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology (Computer/Network) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proven ability to perform hands-on installation and troubleshooting of IT hardware & software with knowledge of PC/workstation.
• Highly advanced analytical abilities with operational vision.
• Possess excellent project co-ordination, highly self-motivated and troubleshooting skill.
• Good communication skills and able to describe proper solutions to users.
• Must have high commitment and responsibility towards the job.
• Based on Johor Bahru.

Responsibilities

• To support existing IT infrastructure including server, network and database administration.
• To provide technical support and troubleshooting of hardware, software and network problems to the end-users.
• To be responsible for all technical aspects of the computer system.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of IT updates and services.
