Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Supervision of personnel and coordination of the operational activities Nursing care for patients on the assigned nursing unit. Demonstrates effective leadership skills, directing and participating with the nursing care team Provides administrative and clinical support in the provision of
quality patient care

Planning and implementing infection control programs pertaining to precautions, surveillance, reporting, and investigations. Performing daily surveillance in all clinical areas to identify infection control cases and monitor practices. Participating actively as a member of the Infection Control Nursing Committee and Sub-Committee. Motivate and coach team members to excel in their roles and continuously improve their skills.
Job Requirements:

Degree in Nursing Minimum 8 years of experience as a Registered Nurse Good interpersonal and communication skills Well-organized and able to work independently Computer literate Applicants with a Post Basic Certificate in Infection Control and who have experience in Infection Control programs will have an added advantage. Based at Damansara Heights Working Schedule: 8.30am - 6pm (5 working days & 2 off days)

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
