ACCOUNTABILITY
Ensure ordering of service parts meeting shipment plan, production order issuance to Procurement and Material Control. Ensure timely response in Part List preparation for new models and data preparation for part pricelist making. Assist in complying with Total Business Standard (TBS) compliance and other related matters.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Register new Service Parts jobs in BAAN upon receiving of new order, or as stock keeping decision by the Manager.
- Revise and communicate the changes of Service Parts job numbers to related departments.
- Assist in Part List preparation for new models and data preparation for part pricelist making.
- Assist in data compilation for Service Parts inventory management.
- To produce monthly production report where required.
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent with basic knowledge in manufacturing
- 2 years experience in manufacturing environment. Preferred experience in Production Control activity.
