• Supervise, monitor and coordinate team, Centre of Excellence at respective station.
• Comply with orders given by supervisor relating to work and discipline. These include the performance of overtime duty, CAPEX and OPEX expenses assign.
• Monitor team members tasks are carried out in line with guideline and procedure.
• Recognise sensitive information, data and maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Liaise with SEB internal and external stakeholders to ensure a secure, safe, and effective operation.
• Supervise and attend any SEB and HSSE security incident and support emergency response.
• Enforce relevant laws, orders and ensure that all company procedures such as SEMS, LSR and SGR are compiled /adhered to at all stations.
• Operate without help the Digital and Physical Security Technology system\'s (PSTS) day-to-day operations and its various components like Access Control system including ID registration/update , Perimeter Intrusion Detection/CCTV Surveillance system, drone manning, SEACE, Visitor\'s Management system, Guard Tour system, updating SOP database, and preparing incident reporting.
• Operate without help the Command Centre Operations\' day-to-day operations and its various components including skills in problem solving by analyzing information from PSTS, communication skill, enhancing problem-escalation process, providing SOP improvement, and assisting in crisis management.

SPECIAL ASPECTS/MAJOR CHALLENGES OF THE JOB:

• Perform all tasks in line with the Corporate Security and the HSSE roles and responsibilities procedure

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma in Public Administrative, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, International Relations, or other relevant disciplines.
• Passed in 5 Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) subjects including Bahasa Malaysia & Sejarah.
• Preferably minimum of 5 years working experiences in security field.
• Disciplined with no criminal record.
• Knowledge in MS Office proficiency and IT Savvy.
