The Assistant Officer - Stockyard & Delivery is responsible for managing and coordinating stock movement, delivery documentation, and transporter communication to ensure efficient and accurate delivery operations within the precast concrete manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare delivery documents according to the schedule provided by the site team.
2. Update system records accurately for all stock movements.
3. Generate and maintain stockyard reports such as:
i. Daily Delivery Report
ii. Timber Movement Report
iii. Delivery Order (DO) Return Report
4. Coordinate with transporters for timely return of DOs.
5. Liaise with Singapore coordinators to ensure DOs are properly stamped by clients before returning to the factory.
6. Maintain a safe and clean working environment through effective housekeeping practices.
7. Enforce safety rules and report any safety-related incidents immediately to the superior or Safety Department.
8. Perform any additional duties or new responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Diploma in Building / Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in
Precast Concrete manufacturing
.

Independent and responsible, with the ability to meet deadlines.
