Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in hotel, Airbnb, or property management operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is a plus.
• Able to work weekends, shifts, and under pressure.
• Proactive problem-solver with a service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Operation Manager to support our Airbnb operations in Ampang. The role will oversee Front Desk, Customer Service, and daily operational tasks to ensure smooth and professional guest experiences.
Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise front desk & customer service staff (check-in/out, guest inquiries).
• Monitor daily operations including housekeeping, maintenance coordination, and guest issues.
• Handle guest escalations, complaints, and ensure 5-star review standards.
• Assist Operation Manager in scheduling, reporting, and process improvements.
• Maintain inventory of linens, amenities, and ensure units are guest-ready.
• Support training of new staff and ensure service SOP compliance.
