Assistant Operations Manager / Assistant Head of Operations
to support our construction operations and ensure smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing day-to-day construction operations.
Support the Operations Head in overseeing multiple projects to ensure timely completion.
Monitor manpower, resources, and project schedules to meet client expectations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve issues effectively.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of working experience in the construction industry.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
Willing to travel to project sites when required.
