The Assistant Outlet Manager supports daily outlet operations and ensures smooth store performance. This role involves supervising staff, delivering excellent customer service, managing schedules, handling cashiering duties, monitoring stock, and supporting administrative tasks. Job Responsibilities
Support the Branch Manager in guiding staff performance, driving sales, managing cash handling, monitoring inventory, and maintaining customer relationships.
Assist in ensuring consistent service standards and a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Participate in recruitment activities to meet operational staffing needs and ensure timely filling of vacancies.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment while adhering to budget guidelines.
Support loss control initiatives and assist in reducing shrinkage.
Supervise outlet operations and ensure operational procedures are followed by the team
Job Requirements
Aged between 22 to 36 years old
Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail
Able to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
