Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education Requirements; Degree or Diploma in any discipline
• At least 2-3 years experiences in F&B management role
• Priority for relevant work experiences in similar capacity in Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus environment
• Good technical or SOP knowledge
• Proven of upholding operations and company standards
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for fostering a positive team environment, result oriented, a problem solver
• Responsible and maintain positive attitude with a high level of energy at all times

• Provide leadership and manage outlet in achieving company goal
• Oversee the daily operations of the Outlet, ensuring efficient food preparation, service, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. You\'ll maintain our high standards for quality and consistency
• Manage Outlet team to provide customers with the highest quality products and excellent service
• Manage petty cash, sales money and stock
• Monitor and manage costs to optimize profitability
• Participate in all local Outlet marketing, training and cleaning activities
• Invest in the growth of your team members through continuous training and development initiatives
