What You'll Do
Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service flow between kitchen and floor.
Lead, train, and motivate service and bar teams to maintain high service standards.
Manage guest experience, handle feedback, and ensure consistent hospitality.
Support in inventory control, stock ordering, and daily sales reporting.
Assist in staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline management.
Uphold hygiene, safety, and operational SOPs at all times.
Drive upselling and outlet performance initiatives.
Who You Are
At least
3 years of F&B experience
, ideally from a cafe or restaurant setting.
Experienced in a
supervisory or assistant manager role
.
Passionate about customer service and team leadership.
Organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
