Requirements
Key Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in F&B/retail operations, with supervisory experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle customer issues effectively.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities
Job description:
1. Operations & Service Excellence
Assist Outlet Manager in managing day-to-day outlet operations.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and Halal standards.
Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
Support in implementing sales strategies to achieve outlet targets.
2. Staff Supervision & Development
Supervise, motivate, and support outlet staff in their roles.
Assist in training new employees and monitoring ongoing staff development.
Prepare and manage staff duty rosters, ensuring adequate manpower.
Monitor staff discipline, punctuality, grooming, and performance.
3. Sales & Inventory Management
Support daily sales reporting and ensure accuracy in POS transactions.
Assist in monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
Minimize wastage and monitor product quality and presentation.
Ensure cost control measures are implemented effectively.
4. Administration & Reporting
Assist with outlet paperwork including sales reports, attendance, and payroll support.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide feedback and suggestions for outlet improvement to the Outlet Manager.
